first all of the links in here will be the English dubbed episodes.
second: the first hellsing series Hellsing (TV) is complete & only 13 episodes, while the OAV/OVA Hellsing: Ultimate is still being made, the US is on the 4th DVD, while japan is on the 6th... PLEASE NOTE: Geneon was the original company to relase Hellsing: Ultimate, but they no longer make DVDs for america (or some crap) so eventually Funimation took over a lot of Geneon's titles to re-manufacture & distribute to the US, Including Hellsing: Ultimate. so if you're looking to buy DVDs of hellsing Ultimate (especially the special 2-disc steelbook Editions) look what comapny made the DVD...
the one's made by Geneon will likely be more expensive than the ones released recently released by Funimation now (even though they're not really different) because there are only how ever many DVDs of each geneon series/volume made (this likely goes gor all geneon DVDs)
ALSO:
Hellsing: Ultimate is done Movie style not episode style. so you'll see run times for this series like this for example: 54 min, 47 min, etc.
PLUS: the 2-disc stelbook volumes of the Dubbed DVDs have a special bonus included with them, as well as the 2nd disc & steel case, which are as follows:
Vol. 1 Special Edition: aso has a sealed Alacuard (AKA: Aruacard) figure
1 of them also comes with a figure of Father Alixander Anderson, the others come with an art book of schetches from the series. (and it's a decent size book.)
vol. #2 of the special edition may come with a slip box (mine did) which is only to censore out the middle finger on the front cover (probably so it can be put on retail shelves) but the actual case it's self is ucensored.

we'll start with Hellsing (TV) since it came first (though many agree that ultimate is better) myself included. but this one is still good, IMO.

Plot Summary:
Hellsing follows the antiheroic vampire, Alucard, and a police girl-turned-vampire, Seras Victoria, two vampires employed by the vampire-extermination group of England, the Hellsing Organization. Slowly but surely, through their active duty, they find a new breed of vampires beginning to arise.

Hellsing centers around the Holy Order of Protestant Knights, led by the latest member of the bloodline of Abraham Van Helsing. Their mission is to protect Queen and Country from the undead and other supernatural forces of evil. The organization is run by Sir Integral Fairbrook Wingates Hellsing, who inherited her responsibility as its director after the death of her father in her early teenage years. She is served by her faithful family butler and former Hellsing "trashman," Walter C. Dornez, and Alucard, a powerful vampire that was captured by the family a hundred years ago and serves as the organization's current "trashman." They are later joined by former police officer Seras Victoria, who becomes a Hellsing soldier when she is turned into a vampire by Alucard.

first: as said before this series is in movie format, not episode format. and only 4 out of 6 releases have been dubbed. not sure when (or if) the other 2 will be dubbed, though i'm optomistic that they will be... eventually
so, if you want to watch volumes 5 & 6, and you don't mind watching it subtiled in english) then i suggest you go to cool100's topic, it has all 6 currently released volumes (english subbed) however; this topic will contain the streams to all 4 English dubbed releases.
